Residence Inn by Marriott Omaha West

This was a nice clean hotel with nice staff. I stayed here for 3 nights they are supposed to change out your towels every other night but that never happened. Overall still a nice place to stay. Tina was very helpful upon arrival.

We stopped here for an overnight with 5 people (2 adults and three 18-20 year olds, not littles). The room was very large compared to a traditional room, clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everyone slept well. There were two tvs, one in the living space and a second in the bedroom space. It definitely would have been doable for the five of us for a few days. The bathroom was updated and large with a nice shower. We didn’t need to use the kitchen but it was well-appointed. Breakfast had a lot of options, hot and cold: mini waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. Their little mini-scones (on a separate plate from other baked goods - they looked good!) were gluten-free. I’m both gluten-free and dairy-free (scones were not dairy-free) so couldn’t eat much of what was out there, but there was a sign on the counter to ask about dietary intolerances. The staff made me a skillet potatoes with sausage, a rare thing. They also had Udi’s muffins available (need to ask). A few things could be improved in the rooms maintenance-wise, and these were the only detractions. The carpet is fine but a little frayed and buckled in places. The pull-out bed was reasonably comfortable (according to my son) but quite squeaky. There was some noise from the people above us in the morning but no issues at night. And our main window’s room darkening shade was torn in several places that I couldn’t get to overlap in the middle to block. There was a very bright parking lot light that had a straight shot to my pillow through one of the tears. This curtain should really be replaced since that will happen for every person sleeping on that side of the bed. This is my #1 complaint. My son used the exercise room and said that with two people there was some waiting to use weightlifting equipment (plenty of treadmills though). The staff that I interacted with at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Since we drive through this area several times a year we’ll put this hotel on our list of places to return to.

We stay here often because it’s clean, quiet, easy to get to, close to shopping and amenities in west Omaha and the customer service is excellent

I love the Marriott brand of hotels but this Residence Inn is my favorite. We were in Omaha coming back from Colorado. The room includes a kitchenette, a large bathroom, king size bed, sofa, desk, and TV. Everything was clean. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked and organized! We had excellent customer service at this location which includes the front desk staff! While the physical amenities were great, the staff made it an excellent experience.

Awesome hotel. Everything was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and was more than accommodating whenever I needed something. Room was large and housekeeping did a great job.

Clean and well maintained, but dated. Air flow into bedroom not good. Breakfast excellent - same attendant every day and she was very good!

Very nice, clean rooms. Front desk personnel pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast! My only complaint is that the rooms are stocked with a coffee pot that uses Cafe Valet, with 3 individual pods. There are 3 of us staying here for 3 days, and we each drink 3-4 cups each morning. We would need a case of Cafe Valet for the duration of our stay. I know it is a minor inconvenience to go down to the lobby for free coffee, but it is just the hassle of getting presentable and then juggling 3 cups of hot coffee back to the room several times each morning. I tried to locate Cafe Valet to buy - none available at Walmart or Target. Maddening! I just want to ease into the morning with a few cups of hot coffee! I do not understand why an extended stay hotel would supply the rooms with a coffee maker that basically is useless.

my aunt and i had a reservation for 3 nights. initally they were going to have to move us after night 1. BUT upon check in, they gave us 2, king suites (conjoining) for the price of 1 room!! our rooms were clean and stocked up with a full kitchen and a lot of storage! WHAT! this was amazing. they customer service is TOP NOTCH and teh breakfast was surprisingly very good. when we have to come back for another family visit, this will be our go-to spot!! thank you for a great stay!
